Neighborhood Sports is the premier NFL Youth Flag Football League for all boys and girls ages 5–17. Players of all skill levels enjoy a quality, non-contact league where HAVING FUN while competing is the #1 goal.

LEAGUE INFORMATION
- Gamedays: Tuesdays
- Season Dates:
- Start Date (First Game): July 8th, 2025
- End Date (Playoffs): July 29th, 2025
- Weeks of Play: 4 (3 regular season games + playoffs in Week 4)
- Practice: One weekday practice per week

NFL FLAG FOOTBALL AGE DIVISIONS
(Age cut-off date: August 1, 2024)
Register based on your child’s age as of August 1, 2024:
- 5/6 Coed
- 7/8 Coed
- 9/10 Coed
- 11/12 Coed
- 13/14 Coed
- 15/17 Coed
Players can register individually, with friends, or as a team.
Practices:
- Practices are determined by the volunteer head coach of the team. Once the coach receives their roster they will reach out to parents on the team and let parents know when and where practices will take place.
Coaches:
- Our program relies on parents and family volunteers to coach and manage our teams! We encourage all family members interested in volunteering to do so during the registration process. We will provide you several resources, to ensure all coaches have a fun and successful season!
EQUIPMENT PROVIDED WITH FEE
- Official NFL Flag Team Reversible Jersey
- Flag Belts
- League-approved football (provided to coaches)

Regular Registration Deadline: June 23rd, 2025
- A $20 late fee applies after June 23rd, 2025 (if space is available).
