YOUTH FOOTBALL LEAGUE INFORMATION
Game Day: Sundays
Start Date (First Gameday): January 12th, 2025
End Date (Last Gameday): March 2nd, 2025 (playoffs)
Weeks of Play: 7 (6 regular season games, 7th week is playoffs (all teams make playoffs (1-3 games)
Practice: 1 weekday practice
*No games being played on February 9th, Super Bowl Sunday

Practices:
Practices are determined by the volunteer head coach of the team. Once the coach receives their roster they will reach out to parents on the team and let parents know when and where practices will take place.
NFL Flag Football Age Divisions: AGE CUT OFF DATE IS AUG. 1st, 2024 (register your child based on the age they will be on 8/1/2024)
Co-ed: 5-6 yr old, 7-8 yr old, 9-10 yr old, 11-12 yr old, 13-14 yr old, 15-17 yr old
All Girls: 5-6 yr old, 7-8 yr old, 9-10 yr old, 11-12 yr old, 13-14 yr old, 15-17 yr old
Players can Register individually, with friends, or as a team.
